Registration Details and Fees
Please read all instructions carefully!
Camp Registration is to be submitted only by a parent/guardian or under their supervision.
Camp Registration opens on January 1, 2022, for all.
Camp spots will be reserved on a “first come first served” basis for all registrants.
Registration will close one week prior to a camp’s start date or when a camp is full to capacity.
FULL CAMPS AND WAITLISTS
If you see the camp you would like is marked “FULL”, please contact us to inquire about a waitlist. Being on a waitlist does not guarantee a spot at camp, but greatly increases your chances!
The camp fee for all applicants is $350.00 each.
The full $350.00 fee is an online payment due when you confirm your reservation. The link for payment will be emailed to you. If you do not confirm your reservation and pay by the cutoff date listed in your email, your reservation will be cancelled.
There is an optional $15.00 fee for the camp “canteen” snack store. This fee can only be paid along with the confirmation fee (total $365.00).
Automatic email receipts will be sent to the Parent Email submitted after your initial registration and after your confirmation/payment. The email subject line will read – LEGENDARY LODGE CAMP REGISTRATION 2021 – Receipt. The email sender will be email@example.com. You may need to adjust your email (spam) filter to allow email from firstname.lastname@example.org.
If financial assistance is needed, please do not register – first contact Legendary Lodge. Financial assistance is not available for camps that are full (waitlisted). No youth will be turned away due to financial difficulty.
If you are no longer able to come to camp and would like to cancel your registration, please contact Legendary Lodge as soon as possible. This makes it possible for other youth to attend camp. A $50 processing fee will be applied to your cancellation.
