Fees

The fee for camps is $350.00 due upon registration and is paid through a secure online credit/debit card purchase.

You have the option to add $20.00 to spend in the “Camp Canteen” for snacks throughout the week. Canteen funds are payable during online registration.

Camp refunds must be requested more than one week before a camp starts. There is a $50.00 service charge for refunds.

Financial Assistance

We make every effort to ensure that, given space, no child is turned away from camp. It is important to seek financial assistance before attempting to register. Financial assistance is awarded on a first come, first served basis and camps can fill quickly.

Camp Waiting List

Up to 10 campers will be placed on a waiting list for full camps. Campers on a waiting list cannot register unless there is a cancellation.

In the event of a cancellation, campers on a waiting list will be contacted in the order they joined the list. They will then be cleared to register for camp.

Campers may only be signed up for a waiting list for one camp at a time.
