Our goal is to make the summer camp experience accessible to all. If you are in need of a financial assistance scholarship, please download and fill out the Financial Assistance Form below and return it to us via email or mail. We also encourage families to check in with their local parishes, as many offer scholarships for camp!
In order to hold a place at camp during the application process, we encourage families to register their camper(s) and pay the deposit for camp. This secures your camper(s) a spot at camp while we process the request. If you cannot afford the $100 deposit but want to secure a spot at camp, please reach out to us prior to beginning registration and we will be happy to assist you!
Financial assistance is not available for camps that are full (waitlisted).
No youth will be turned away due to financial difficulty.
If your camper is already registered: Our staff will apply the sponsorship award directly to your household’s registration fees and assign any remaining balance to a monthly payment plan using the card on file.
If your camper is not yet registered: Your sponsorship award email will include a coupon code to use at the time of registration.
January 5th – 2025 registration opens for those IN the Diocese of Helena
January 6th – Our team will begin allocating funds on a rolling basis
January 9th –2025 registration opens for those OUTSIDE the Diocese of Helena
June 1st – All remaining fees are due
